Shipping and Delivery
All orders are made to order. Please allow 3-4 days for processing. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and should be received within 5 to days of shipment date.
Shipping Method/Shipping cost
Standard Domestic Delivery: USPS to arrive within 5 to 10 business days / $8.00 flat rate.
International Delivery: USPS to arrive within 2 weeks of order date / rate based upon location.
Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your ILARY purchase, simply return it and we will be happy to credit your account for the full amount of the purchase. We can only accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
Item(s) must be returned unused. Merchandise returned used will not be refunded or exchanged. ILARY does not pay for return shipping.
Products will be replaced at ILARY's cost should there be quality problems with the product such as a malfunction etc.
Prior to returning, please email us at sales@ilarynyc.com to obtain an RA number. An RA number is necessary for us to return your order.
In addition, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery. Please send your returns to:
