What is ILARY?
ILARY is a handcrafted, made to order, .35 oz bottle of MAGIC in a roll-on vegan perfume that combines an exotic blend of Jasmine, Sandalwood, Musk, Ebony Wood, and Orange Blossom to elusively marry soft and feminine with clean and herbal. This signature blend of oils gives ILARY a slightly varied yet equally intoxicating aura on each person who wears it.
Shipping and Delivery
All orders are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and shipment. Due to the fragile nature of ILARY, all domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail to ensure timely and safe delivery to your door and should be received within 5 days after shipment date.
Shipping Method/Shipping cost
Standard Domestic Delivery: USPS Priority mail to arrive within 5 business days after shipped. Free shipping for full size bottles / free shipping for domestic sample orders. $5 flat rate shipping on all candle orders.
International Delivery: UPS to arrive within 2 weeks of order date. Rates based upon location and does not include import taxes and duties.
**Please note, all packages are sent with delivery confirmation. Once proof of delivery is confirmed, ILARY bears no obligation to replace missing packages and onus is on the customer to replace any missing packages if so desired.
Returns and Exchanges
Ilary sample purchase: We do not take returns on sample purchases
Ilary candles: We do not take returns on candle purchases
Ilary roll-on perfume: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your ILARY roll-on perfume purchase, simply return it and we will be happy to credit your account for the full amount of the purchase minus any shipping charges. We can only accept returns within 14 days of purchase.
Item(s) must be returned unused. Merchandise returned used will not be refunded or exchanged. ILARY does not pay for return shipping.
Products will be replaced at ILARY's cost should there be quality problems with the product such as a malfunction etc.
Prior to returning, please email us at sales@ilarynyc.com to obtain an RA number. An RA number is necessary for us to return your order.
In addition, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery. Please send your returns to:

All orders are made to order. Please allow 2-3 days for processing. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and should be received within 5 to days of shipment date.
Standard Domestic Delivery: USPS to arrive within 5 to 10 business days / $8.00 flat rate

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your ILARY purchase, simply return it and we will be happy to credit your account for the full amount of the purchase minus our $10 restocking fee. We can only accept returns within 14 days of purchase.
